4.5MM locking condyle buttress plate is indicated in distal femur fractures (intra articular, partial articular and extra articular fractures). It is an anatomical pre contoured plate for left and right side. It is available in stainless steel and titanium.It is available in 6 holes to 18 holes(2 holes increment).

• Intra-articular and extra-articular fractures of lateral or medial condyle femur
• Supracondylar fractures of femoral condyle
• Malunions and nonunions of the distal femur.

• Anatomically shaped- right or left configured eliminating need for intraoperative plate modification
• Thin distal end with low profile construct for minimum implant prominence
• Fixed angle construct with multiple screw option in metaphysis gives surgeon a versatile fixation option
• Smaller area of post-fixation avascularity
